• Wedding Websites: Creating and publishing beautiful wedding websites.
• RSVP Management: Collecting and managing guest attendance responses easily.
• Guestbook: Displaying guests' RSVP wishes on the invitation when the couple shows this optional section. The couple can hide any wish.
• AI Assistant: Providing assistance through our AI assistant for questions and guidance.
• Template Editor: Customizing templates with your preferred information and style.

To use our services, you must meet the following requirements:

• Minimum Age: You must be 18 years or older to register an account.
• Valid Email: A valid email address is required for registration and verification.
• Password Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• One Account: Each individual is allowed to have only one account.
• Account Responsibility: You are fully responsible for all activities under your account.
• Unauthorized Access: Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You agree not to use Kahwin Studio for the following purposes:

• Illegal Content: Distributing content that violates Malaysian law.
• Harassment: Engaging in harassment, hate speech, or threats against other users.
• Spam: Sending spam messages or unsolicited communications.
• Malware: Uploading viruses, malware, or other malicious code.
• Impersonation: Impersonating another person or entity.
• Copyright Infringement: Uploading content that infringes third-party copyrights or trademarks.
• Security Breach Attempts: Attempting to breach platform security or access other users' data.

Intellectual property rights related to Kahwin Studio are as follows:

• Platform Ownership: Kahwin Studio, including source code, design, and original content, is our property.
• Template License: Templates are licensed to you for personal use, not sold.
• Branding: Kahwin Studio logo, name, and branding are protected.
• No Copying: You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our platform.

Regarding content you upload or create:

• Your Ownership: You retain ownership of your content (photos, text, details).
• Display License: You grant Kahwin Studio a license to display your content for service delivery.
• Third-Party Rights: Your content must not violate third-party rights.
• Appropriate Content: Content must be appropriate and not offensive.
• Removal Rights: We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

Payment terms for our premium services:

• Pricing: A Free plan is available at no cost. Paid plans (Standard and Premium) are a one-time payment at the price shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
• Upgrades: When upgrading from Standard to Premium, the Standard payment is credited against the Premium price.
• Secure Processing: Payments are processed securely via ToyyibPay.
• Feature Access: Paid plan features are unlocked after successful payment.
• Premium Service: With Premium, our designer builds your invitation from the details you share. Your first draft is ready within 3 working days after we receive your essential details (your names, the date and the venue), and we adjust it with you before it is published.
• Refund Policy: No refunds after website is published or delivered.
• Price Changes: Prices may change, but existing payments will be honored.

Regarding Kahwin Studio's liability:

• Service "As Is": The service is provided "as is" without warranties.
• No Uptime Guarantee: We do not guarantee uptime or continuous service availability.
• Data Loss: We are not liable for data loss or service interruption.
• Third-Party Actions: We are not responsible for third-party actions (ToyyibPay, Google).
• Maximum Liability: Our maximum liability is capped at the amount you paid us.

Regarding account and service termination:

• User Deletion: You can delete your account anytime via the dashboard.
• Termination for Violations: Kahwin Studio may terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• Termination With Notice: We may terminate services with reasonable notice for any reason.
• After Termination: Access is revoked and data is deleted per our privacy policy.

Regarding changes to these terms of service:

• Periodic Updates: We may update these terms from time to time.
• Change Notification: Significant changes will be shown prominently on the platform.
• Update Date: The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version.
• Continued Acceptance: Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
